A minimally invasive technique for primary tooth extraction: a case report

ABSTRACT Root resorption is characterized by the loss of cementum and / or dentin from tooth root as a result internal external odontoclastic action. This case reports premature cervical deciduous teeth in an 8-year-old boy. Large on mesial faces maxillary mandibular right left canines (teeth #53, #63, #73 #83), with asymptomatic pulp involvement, was detected during routine radiographic examination for orthodontic planning. The patient managed extraction affected using two different techniques: conventional alternative. technique, forceps, used #63 #73). And alternative technique periotome device, usually required dental implant surgery, #53 #83). device showed to be improve pediatric surgery due better behavior healing, reduced procedure length.
